Privacy Policy — unrekt

unrekt does not collect, transmit, sell, or share journal data.

• Everything entered in the extension is stored only on the user's device using chrome.storage.local.
• The extension has no analytics, advertising, tracking, accounts, or background network requests.
• Data leaves the browser only when the user explicitly exports a backup file.
• Uninstalling the extension removes its local data. Users should export first if they want a backup.

Optional Phantom tip

If the user explicitly opens the optional tip flow, this separate payment page contacts CoinGecko for the SOL/USD price and the Solana network to submit a transaction approved by the user in Phantom. Journal contents are never included. unrekt never receives a seed phrase or private key.

Permission

storage is used only to save the journal locally on the user's device.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This extension does not use Google APIs to obtain user information.
